Warranty Terms
Ameyoke will warrant the following products sold by Ameyoke.
Miya Epoch for private use. 6 Months
Miya Epoch for commercial use. 3 Months
All other fishing products sold on this Site will have 12 Month warranty.
Warranty of all products will be at the sole discretion of Ameyoke. Purchasing product from this site constitutes your agreement of the above warranty terms.
Warranty does not apply to customers who have demanded a cheaper price other than Advertised Internet Price.
Original invoice must be supplied with any warranty claim. This warranty is solely for the original purchaser and is not transferable.
Miscellaneous
These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws in Australia without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. If any provision of these Terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by Ameyoke.
